The NGO-FONIN has member organizations committees’ members, district chapters committees’ member are working as volunteers. Similarly, the NGO-FONIN has community network and groups. They have been working as volunteers in the community level.

National level volunteers Name:

1. Aadesh Mansung. He has completed master’s degree. He has been involving in the indigenous movement since 2017. He supports to the NGO-FONIN while program management, field monitoring, field program managements, official documentations, reporting.
2. Sujana Gole. She has completed Master degree on Comers. She is former Finance Officer of the NGO-FONIN. Now she is supporting to the Administrative Finance Manager in the part of the finance documentations, reporting, taxes management.
3. Bikram Rai. He is founder member representative of the NGO-FONIN. He is supporting to the NGO-FONIN in the technical coordination with the government agencies, bureaucracies, member of the parliaments.

And there are district level volunteers, those support in the district level program management, movement of the IPs and sharing, interaction program. Similarly, there are the grassroot community level volunteer, they support to do manage, communication participants, program venue managements, program technical supports.
